Every cubic foot of compressed air your system produces contains moisture, oil vapor, and particulates. That’s physics, not a defect. The compressor is doing its job. The question is whether you’re treating that air before it reaches your tools, your process, your product, and your piping.

Desiccant Air Dryers
For applications requiring very low dew points (-40F to -100F). Common in food processing, pharmaceuticals, and cold-weather piping.
Coalescing Filters
Remove oil aerosols and fine particulates from the air stream. Typically installed downstream of the dryer in multi-stage filtration setups.

For most industrial applications, a refrigerated dryer is sufficient. If your process requires very dry air (food, pharma, sensitive electronics), a desiccant dryer may be necessary. We’ll assess your needs and recommend the right fit.
